Ok, so this should have been my 1,000 hits present, but I didn't get inspired to do something like this until today when ThePrincessZelda:icontheprincesszelda: announced in her journal a Zelda related contest for her birthday. Believe it or not we have the same birthday! YAY! So this is a B-day present for her; Happy Birthday Jackie!! :cake: :hug: Now, the meaning behind this one is from the game when Midna says,

"Light and Twilight can't mix, as we all know. But... Never forget that there's another world bound to this one."

Then Princess Zelda replies, "Light and Twilight are the two sides of the same coin... One cannot exist without the other. I know now the reason the goddesses left the Mirror of Twilight in this world... They left because it was their design we should meet. Yes... That is what I believe."

So I had this idea that somewhere in some ancient hall hidden in the land of Hyrule, there exists a window foretelling that very statement; that some day Twilight and Light would meet. Now the strange writing is in fact Hylian. It says "Zelda" and "Midna". I tried to use each of their theme of colors for their names: Zelda wears white, purple, and gold; Midna wears black, turquoise, and orange. And the glass "panels" you see in the windows are actually from the official teaser poster for Twilight Princess. I still cannot believe that the colors matched up perfectly with the stock photo. :faint: That's right, those colors are NOT manipulated; it's just pure coincidence. Oh, and the Hylian Shield and Master Sword are in fact mine that I quickly photographed just for this. Well, wish me luck with the contest (you can vote on it; hint*hint*) and be sure and go say Happy B-day to Jackie!! ;)

Thanx! ^_^ I was trying to think how I could improve the overall look and the color in the windows made me remember that poster. I'm so glad it turned out as great as it did if I do say so myself! =D
