*EDIT*

I am NO LONGER accepting commissions for these. I just don't have the time or energy, and I can't find the right fabrics anymore. I am really sorry.

Hehe, here's a project that I actually started WAY back in Dec. of '07. ^^; I started this as a trade for Mike, before we were dating lol; I needed some money and a bunch of Midna ref pics, and he wanted something of Midna.

He wanted a realistic Midna plushie, and I was like "OMG that's gonna be soooo kewt, but sooooo F***ING HARD!!!11", but the project intrigued me so much that I had to do it. Besides, I wanted to be the first person I know who has attempted/finished this project. ;p I was originally gonna make two, one for me and one for him, but well, now that we live together, I don't needs one. :aww:

Ok, so the specs for this atm are:

*The body is made of fleece backed with sturdy cotton, I had to do it like that because fleece stretches and would deform if stuffed, and felt ain't soft and cuddly.

*The pattern is a HEAVILY altered doll pattern (I'll find the link later) that I found and printed to the sizes I needed.

And for the biggest question, how did I do the different body colors? Well, it's hard to explain, but I will try my best. :) I first made the actual body out of the cotton, the I made coverings out of the fleece, but I start by covering the whole body, minus the left leg, in the blueish fleece. I then took the black fleece, stretched and pinned it over the blue, and by eye reference alone, cut out the patterns and laid them flat on the blue, then went back and hand-stitched it in place. I really hope that makes sense. ^^; I might draw something up later when I finish the plushie. ;)

Oh, and I will be taking commissions for these as soon as I can get my mom to send me the patterns. I haven't decided on a price yet, especially since these require ALOT of materials and time to make, plus they weigh atleast 2lbs, so shipping will probably be expensive, but they are a MUST for any die-hard Midna fan! :D

Do you have the pattern to this plushie? I've been trying to make lager ones but I can never find patterns.

I had to make my own pattern for this plush. :) I took an existing basic baby doll pattern from [link] and modified it to my needs.

Thank you, but unfortunately I'm not going to make anymore of these. I will be making Chibi versions though, and they will be offered in different sizes. :)
