Don't mess wit da Elves! Here's a pic I took with my Legolas White Knives I got from the same Celtic Faire that I purchased the cloak at; infact, I got them the same day! 
They are made out of sterling silver, and they are SHARP.
So the dress is made out of the best poly velvet EVA, and a swirl embroidered taffeta in the perfect matching shade! And to finish it off, a silver rope cording to tie it all in. 
You can't see it in this pic, but htere is also a hood on this dress.
