is precisely why I don't spend much time on dA anymore. I just posted a comment on ~
LuisaRafidi's new Midna pic, and this is what I said:
"Don't get me wrong, this piece is lovely, but it looks too much like *GENZOMAN's Midna piece...

I think it's the coloring and some parts of the anatomy, namely the tiny waist, her feet and her breasts."
Her response, "i based the coloring off of genzo's work, but not the anatomy"
My response, "Yes, I know that, I was merely stating my opinion.

:"
I didn't get a response after that, so I visited the piece again, and she
deleted my comments. I'm going to try and remain as mature as possible about this, but seriously, what the hell, can she not handle a critique? And to think I actually looked up to this girl when I first joined deviantArt. She is the main reason I refuse to let #
Fans-of-Zelda feature any of my work, and yes, they have sent me requests. Her and ~
Maga-Link disgust me to no end with the way they've been treating some people lately, they both need a reality check.
I'm sorry that the first journal I post in almost a year is this, but I really had to get this out. I'm sick and tired of all these people taking the Zelda fandom so seriously. It's really making me start to hate the fact that I'm a Zelda fan myself if it means I'm associated with these people. :disgust:
EDIT Also, I just want to add that *
manas101 has nothing to do with this. Just because he commissioned the Midna picture does not mean he has any involvement whatsoever. In fact it kinda upsets me that he paid good money for a commission that Luisa ended up ripping off someone else's art just to finish it.
EDIT #2 She now deleted the pic from her gallery, probably because of how many people were pointing out what I've already stated. She also posted a journal stating that she deleted the pic to avoid drama. Sorry, but when you copy someone else's artwork, there will be drama. Case in point, her previous debacle with `
loish.
EDIT #3 I really shouldn't type out journals in the middle of my rage moment, so I edited it to say exactly what I meant to get across, without cursing and raging.
